Important Dates for Upcoming Shows

RAA Membership Meeting (all are welcome)
Tuesday, November 12, 2024

Riverdale Temple show theme is “Black and White and …”
Take down will be on Thursday, November 17th at 9:30am.

Christ Church Riverdale, Joy.
Work should be submitted by October 19th.
Installation will be on Friday, October 25th at 9:30am

Riverdale Temple – next show: “Memories”
Work should be submitted between November 3 and November 9.
Installation: Thursday, November 14 at 9:30. Will remain up until December 14.
Reception: Sunday, November 17th from 4:30 to 6:30pm.

Guidelines for Submitting Your Work for Shows

  • Place a sticky note on the front of each piece with your name and the title of your work.
  • Attach the exhibit form on the back of your work. Tape it flat – not attached to the wire. Download the Exhibit Form HERE
  • Payment of hanging fee ($10) is due by entry deadline. If payment is not made by the deadline, the work will not be included in the show.  Submit the $10.00 hanging fee to Aija Sears (527 Riverdale Avenue, Apt 3-0 Yonkers, NY 10705) or submit the hanging fee through Zelle to treasurer@riverdaleartassociation.org
  • All work must be suitably wired for hanging.  Items without a wire will not be accepted. Please see below for resources to wire your picture for hanging.
  • Work must not exceed 36 x 48 inches.
  • Images submitted must include title, medium, dimensions and price; indicate which one is to be included in the video.
  • Size the image(s) at 640 pixels on the longest side; download information on how to resize your images HERE.
  • Links to submit work for the shows will be provided in the email Newsletter.
