I come from a family of artists. My sister, Susan Falcon-Hargraves, is a portrait painter and art teacher living in Arizona. My son, Jason Price, is an animator for television. My daughter-in-law, Mani C. Price, is a painter who likes fantasy images.

I have just started painting in the last two years, but I have studied and admired art all my life. After my retirement I am finally fulfilling my dream of painting. I am inspired by nature. I like to paint landscapes, flowers, sky and water reflections. I painted a series of animals as parents after the birth of my grandson, Vincent. I painted a series of birds and some insects. I work in acrylic. I am mostly self-taught, with a little help from the artists in my family.

I’ve lived in Riverdale for about 25 years. I’ve also been a folk singer all my life.
